Little Bunny Fu-Fu Hopping Through the Forest...

Easter Sunday was such a great day! It started off with Josh coming over around 9:30 am to get ready to watch General Conference and I made him French Toast. Before he could eat, I sent him on an Easter egg hunt around my apartment. All of the eggs had a little goodie in them. At the end of the egg hunt, Josh found a basket that I had put together for him...he loved it! After breakfast, we watched Conference, both sessions, relaxed and did a bit of homework here and there. At 4:30 pm, we drove up to Sandy where some of Josh's extended family lives. His Grandpa Whitmore's sisters, Connie and Geri. We were one of the four couples who were the "guests of honor." It was fun meeting everyone. We played a game where we all wrote down a unique or embarrassing moment that we have had. I just put that I got a pacemaker put in when I was ten years old. Of course nobody knew it was me. Then we had to trace back to how we are related to Rex and Farrell Whitmore (Josh's great-grandparents). I don't want to brag, but I picked up on all the relations pretty darn quick ;) My relation you ask? I am marrying Josh Whitmore, who is the son of Eve and Rick Whitmore, and Rick is the son of Kay and Yvonne Whitmore, and Kay is the son of Rex and Farrell Whitmore! Woohoo!!! At the end of the party, they gave us a wedding gift. A feather bed! I am so excited to use it. Thanks Whitmore family, I look forward to many more gatherings!
