On Step at a Time

If you haven't heard yet, I started dating my friend Josh Havens (mentioned in a previous blog). We are just taking it slow and having fun. It's weird how comfortable we are together though. Anywho, last weekend we had a lot of fun spending time with his family in Kaysville. Friday we went to see "The Platters" in concert with his parents. It was so much fun. We got up and danced and "joined the love train" around the whole auditorium. Poor guy, he hates dancing; but he did it for me. We went and rented "21" and, of course, I feel asleep after the first 10 minutes. We spent the night at his parents house. In the morning, Josh cooked me a great breakfast with pancakes, eggs, bacon...the whole works. He even cleaned up too!


We hung around the house, cleaned up, vacuumed, Josh mopped the floors, and then we went to the grocery store with his dad. Later that afternoon we headed back to Provo. We had lunch at Brick Oven with all of his brothers and parents...



Then met up with Courtney and Adam Tate, Tahnee and Tyler, and Brooke for the BYU vs. Air Force game. What a loosy game it was! But we won...barely!






After the game we headed back to Kaysville to go to Josh's home ward and to eat Sunday dinner with his parents. We spent the night Saturday and woke up early (daylight savings) and for 8:30 am church. But that early is so nice because we came home and lounged around all day. We had a great meal. BBQ chicken, potatos, etc. Then later on we made homemade cinnamon rolls with the help of his mom, Joyce. They were so yummy and I ate a ton of them.








Last night we cooked dinner for ourselves...SPAGHETTI! It was way good. The menu for tonight is chicken and rice. We are having a lot of fun together. Everyday!

I am excited to see my mom and Annie this weekend...actually tomorrow! I know Josh is excited to meet Tylyn :) I will post of all this upcoming weekend. We are going to be doing a lot of stuff for the wedding...YAY!!
